When do I get access to each lesson?
You will get access to each days’ lesson at 3:30a in your local timezone.
When you login, and click “ACCOUNT” in the top menu, you can check to make sure your timezone was set correctly when you purchased the program.
Are the videos streamed live each day?
No, you can watch the videos whenever is convenient for you – we recommend first thing in the morning, before coffee and breakfast.
What time and timezone do the lessons occur in?
The lessons are released at 3:30a each day according to your local time. You can check your timezone (or change it) on the account page after you login.
How long will the sessions be each day?
The videos range from 15 mins to about 27 mins. You should plan to have 30 mins each morning for the training, the meditation, and any homework.
Do we have control over the videos, i.e. rewinding and/or pausing?
Yes, you can control the videos if you’d like to skip ahead when watching again or if you are interrupted. Taking the course a second, or third :), time or going back to review specific concepts is highly encouraged!
If I can’t start the course right away, will I be behind? Will the lessons still be available to me?
Yes, the lessons will absolutely still be available to you. The daily emails will continue coming, but you can watch the videos and progress forward at your own pace. The only set timing is the live calls, and you will receive recordings of those the day after they happen.
If I want to upgrade or extend my access after 6 months, will I be able to?
Absolutely! You will get emails from us in the weeks leading up to your access expiring, detailing the 2 ways in which you can continue your access: either our new, robust membership (including the course materials PLUS live monthly group calls with Emily) or simply retain access to the course materials (training videos, guided meditations, etc.).
What is the “finance charge”?
There is no extra finance charge, we are simply trying to highlight the savings if you pay for the course in full upfront. The “finance charge” is spread out evenly across the payment plan, and is there as an administrative fee for Ziva
If I have an open payment plan with another program of yours, can I defer payment?
No, we unfortunately cannot extend access to the new program without starting a payment plan. You will have the opportunity to purchase the program after this interactive version is closed, and there will be payment plans available for that pricing as always. You will also still receive a deep discount for being a graduate of zivaMIND or the zivaLIVE course.
How is zivaONLINE different than zivaMIND?
zivaONLINE teaches the new Ziva Technique which is a powerful trifecta of Mindfulness, Meditation and Manifesting. What we like to call the 3 M’s. The Meditation portion is the same as you were taught in zivaMIND (the mantras are the same), but the other parts of the Ziva Technique are new. The videos and technology are new and it is more of a micro-learning format. It will take place over 15 days and will have a new online community. With zivaONLINE you will learn some mindfulness tools you can use as a runway into the meditation and for unstressing, you will also learn manifesting tools you can use at the end of your practice.
Should I pick a new mantra?
We recommend sticking with the same mantra you chose in zivaMIND – remember, it is meant to be like a planted seed, and continue to bury itself deeper and deeper.
How do I update my password?
After you login, click on ACCOUNT in the top menu. There will be a drop down menu which says “Change Your Password.”

If I am already a graduate of the In Person course, should I take this course?
Yes! This course is a great way for you to learn the 3 M’s of the Ziva Technique if it was not yet being taught when you took our zivaLIVE course or zivaMIND, and it is a great refresher of all of the core concepts of the meditation portion of the technique which you already learned.
What am I missing if I don’t have Facebook?
The online community is a great way to connect with other meditators, but is absolutely not necessary. It is an added bonus to the training, but is not required to become a self-sufficient meditator.
